 Common But Differentiated Responsibilities (2026) examines the coloniality at the heart of the negotiations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). By sequencing photographs of UNFCCC negotiations, oil wells in Trump’s America and the riskscapes and socio-spatial challenges of climate change in Tuvalu, the project reveals the necropolitics that underpin the governmentality of climate and ecological breakdown.
